Are anxious thoughts, worries, or emotional triggers overwhelming you? Do stress, burnout, sadness, anger, grief, or past trauma feel like they’re taking a toll on your well-being and relationships? Couples Counseling

Every relationship faces challenges, but you don’t have to face them by yourselves. If you and your partner are struggling with communication, feeling misunderstood, or wanting to rebuild trust and connection, couples counseling can help. In a safe, nonjudgmental space, together, you and your partner can strengthen understanding, improve communication, and foster the care and unity your relationship deserves.

Caregiver & Special Needs Families Counseling

$125 Individual & Family $50 Groups

Caregiving for a loved one with a disability can be deeply rewarding, but it also comes with unique challenges. Whether you’re a parent, spouse, or family member, the emotional toll can often feel isolating. I offer counseling services specifically designed for caregivers—parents of disabled children, caregivers of elderly parents, spouses, and non-disabled siblings.

With both professional expertise and personal experience as a caregiving parent, I understand the emotional weight caregiving brings. My passion is to support and empower caregivers and special needs families, helping you find balance, support, and understanding in this rewarding yet demanding experience.

Future group therapy sessions will be announced soon, offering a chance to connect with others facing similar challenges.

Hi there, I’m Diana

Welcome!

My name is Diana Sarg, and I am truly grateful that you are taking steps toward your well-being and quality of life. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and Certified Trauma Professional, I am under the supervision of Dr. Mary Dainty, Ph.D., LPC-S. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Counseling and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from The King's University.

I am EMDR-trained, Gottman Level One trained, and IFS-informed, integrating these approaches to support my clients effectively. I work with adults of all ages, adolescents (12+), couples, families, and caregivers of disabled loved ones. I am especially passionate about serving special needs families and clients from various backgrounds and cultures.

It is an honor to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where trust and growth can flourish. I take a collaborative approach, tailoring care to meet each individual where they are while helping them move toward the life they envision.

On a personal note, I have been happily married for 16 years, and my husband and I are proud to raise our amazing special needs child, who is actively involved in Special Olympics events.

Beyond counseling, I love expanding my knowledge through books and programs that deepen my understanding of the ever-evolving psychological world. In my free time, I enjoy reading for fun and sharing my love of sports with my family—whether watching or attending games together.

I can’t wait for us to connect and collaborate! Please reach out for a free consultation to see if I could be a good fit for you, your relationship, your family, or a loved one. Take care!
